We provide support to all our customers with a valid license or matching email from purchase. Our support is valid for the period purchased or subscribed to from the date of your purchase.
Support Response Times
We provide email support and a first response within 24 hours. 48 hours on weekends.
Note: Response times may be longer during holidays or peak periods. Support is provided in English only.
What Our Support Covers
We only support our Product, sold through apisecurity.pro Our support includes assistance with Product installations and use.
This includes:
- Updates for WordPress compatibility.
- General issues with plugin functionality.
Bug Fixing
We will fix any defects in our Product as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. We will also try to provide a solution via the GitHub repository (if you have access) to monitor smaller defects or errors as a precursor to a more substantial update to the particular Product as part of our scheduled Product updates.
If you think you have found a bug, please let us know by reporting it.
What Our Support Does Not Cover
Our support does not cover our Product supplied by Third Parties. We may require you to disable Third Party products that are installed alongside our Product before we are able to assist you.
Our support also does not cover:
- Customizing WordPress setup.
- Customizing plugin functionality for individual site needs.
- Fixing out-of-date or non-WordPress plugins.
- Give general WordPress support. You can find resources and answers around WordPress in the WordPress.org forums.
